Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

At Drive Gear, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the garment meets the following conditions:

  • No visible signs of use
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Without stains, perfumes, or odors

Which products are NOT eligible for exchange?

  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Customized or special edition products made to order
  • Used garments or those with signs of wear

How do I request an exchange?

  1. Email us at info@drivegeargt.com with your order number and the size or model you need
  2. We will provide you with the shipping address to return the garment
  3. Once received and verified, we will send you the new garment

Shipping costs for exchanges

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Drive Gear covers the shipping of the new garment to the customer.

Returns for manufacturing defects

If the garment arrived with a manufacturing defect, Drive Gear covers all shipping and replacement costs. Please notify us within the first 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.
